Battery life

For the best possible result, it is preferable to wear the silicone plasters for as long as possible per day. In rare cases, skin irritation may occur at first. In this case, it is recommended to increase the use of the therapy to 12 hours a day for the first week. Every day an hour longer. This build-up serves to gradually accustom the skin to the therapy.

Before Use

Clean the skin on and around the scar well and let it dry.
If necessary, the silicone plaster can be cut to the right size. Make sure that the entire scar is covered with the plaster with about 2 cm of the healthy skin around the scar.
Removing any hairs around the location of the scar beforehand improves the adhesive strength of the silicone plaster, which promotes durability.

Applying

Remove the first part of the protective film from the silicone plaster and carefully apply the adhesive side at the beginning of the scar.
Remove the second section of the protective film and apply the next section of the silicone patch to the scar.
If necessary, BAPSCARCARE T can be fixed with a suture or stretch bandage.

Maintenance

BAPSCARCARE T is for single use and can be left on the scar for several days. Replace it with a new silicone plaster when the adhesive strength deteriorates sharply.
