Sales Taxes
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country. If you require clarification on whether an item attracts GST please contact Customer Service.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
Australian Medical Supplies is under no obligation to accept a return of goods ordered by the customer due to a customer ordering error, no longer required, sizing error, unsuitability or surplus to requirements. Australian Medical Supplies will not accept return of good for sale or clearance items or customised or personalised items. For the return of goods under these circumstances, the purchaser will need to contact Australian Medical Supplies to arrange a return of goods authority within 7 days of receiving the product/products. No attempt should be made to return goods without prior authorisation. Australian Medical Supplies will not accept any responsibility for unsolicited returns. For Australian Medical Supplies to accept any returns, must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. All goods must be returned at the purchasers' expense. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns but may be waived at the discretion of Australian Medical Supplies.
Due to health and hygiene regulations, Australian Medical Supplies cannot accept returns of used soft goods including but not limited bracing and supports, compression garments, undergarments and pillows. We will not be able to refund personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to gloves, facemasks, gowns, paper products, single-use items and COVID-19 products if they are not in their original condition and packaging, unused, unworn, and undamaged. Cancellation of Pre Orders
For pre-payments on special orders there will be a 20% cancellation fee deducted from the refund. Alternatively, a store credit can be arranged.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No product will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
Delivery/Delivery Charges
Freight charges will apply on web orders where applicable. Free shipping is available for online orders only, standard shipping rates apply for all orders placed directly through our Customer Service or Sales teams, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The charge will depend on product size, weight and destination. Please ask for confirmation of delivery charges when placing an order. Australian Medical Supplies aims to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, but as Australian Medical Supplies uses third-party freight companies we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please contact the customer service team for an approximate delivery date. Alternatively, if you have an urgent delivery requirement please advice the customer service team to advise options and costs.
Title of Goods
Title (ownership) of goods does not pass to the purchaser (customer) until full payment of the invoiced amount has been made.
Account Holders
Regular customers of Australian Medical Supplies are encouraged to open an account. You will on successful application be given a one-time log in code to access your account and new pricing structure. You will have access to all orders placed in the last 60 days with access to all invoices produced in this time period as well as an express order option which lists all items you have purchased in the last 60 days with an easy add-to order option for customers that order the same items regularly.
Non-Account Holders
Goods can be supplied to non-account holders on a pre-payment basis. Australian Medical Supplies accepts pre-payment by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Surcharge applies on American Express only (1.5%). For all clinics that place regular orders. Please apply for an account.
Pricing
All Australian Medical Supplies prices are subject to change without notice. Price charged on orders will be the current list price for the account at time of order. Please ask customer service if you require confirmation of prices when placing your order.

Force Majeure
Australian Medical Supplies shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond its control. This includes but is not limited to an act of god, terrorism, war, government restrictions, industrial disputes, import or export regulations, civil disturbance and product supplier issues. Should any of these events occur Australian Medical Supplies reserves the right to cancel or suspend any contracts without incurring liability for any loss or damage caused.
