OrthoWedges are most commonly used for surgical repair of the Achilles tendon, but they can also be used for other Achilles tendinopathies.
OrthoWedges can be used in conjunction with OrthoAir Tall, OrthoStep Tall and OrthoStep Tall with Air to hold the ankle in a plantar-flexed position within these styles of tall CAM walker. Each wedge is 2cm tall and they may be peeled away to reduce the plantar flexion angle of the ankle during the rehabilitation process.
