Aqua (Purified Water), Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Petrolatum, Polyglyceryl-3 Polyricinoleate, Cetyl Alcohol, Lanolin Wax, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Beeswax, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Extract, Magnesium Sulfate, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Tocopherol, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Arnica Montana (Arnica) Extract, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Extract, Stearalkonium Hectorite, Propylene Carbonate, Phenoxyethanol, Benzyl Alcohol
How to use
1) Dispense 1-2 fingertips of cream for small areas and 3-4 fingertips for medium/large areas. Don’t use too much! A little goes along way.
2) Spread the cream over the palms of your own hands then apply to the area to be treated initially with broad strokes. Perform your desired techniques and reapply as required.
3) At the conclusion of your treatment only a very thin film of cream should remain. Wipe the treated area with a towel.
