How to use
1) Dispense 1-2 fingertips of cream for small areas and 3-4 fingertips for medium/large areas. Don’t use too much! A little goes along way.
2) Spread the cream over the palms of your own hands then apply to the area to be treated initially with broad strokes. Perform your desired techniques, and reapply as required.
3) At the conclusion of your treatment only a very thin film of cream should remain. Wipe the treated area with a towel.
