3-Tex Advance fabric consists of three layers. Elastic microfiber fabric, polyurethane foam and terry cloth which facilitates rapid dispersion of sweat, greater elasticity and a better fit. The silicone bubble grip band prevents migration and the open front design makes application easier for patients with unusual leg shapes or lack the upper limb strength to pull up the sleeve version to the correct position.
