This splint features a malleable aluminium frame with a special self-wicking cover that helps control perspiration and dampness. The cover is machine washable for easy maintenance.
Designed to support the fingers, thumb, and wrist in a functional resting position, the splint allows for simple adjustments to the wrist and thumb. It permits up to 60° MP flexion and wrist flexion/extension, ensuring a customised fit.
Indications include post-surgery or injury positioning, wrist drop, and finger flexor tightness. However, it is not recommended for use in cases of moderate to severe spasticity.
To size, measure width at the MP joints.
