Comfort Cool Ulnar Wrist Orthosis
Versatile splint can be used to prevent ulnar deviation or wrist extension.
The Comfort Cool Ulnar Wrist Orthosis provides ideal support for tendinitis, wrist instability, ulnar drift, or triangular fibrocartilage complex tears. Made from 2.0mm perforated neoprene, it offers stability without excessive bulk or warmth and can be easily trimmed for a customized fit.
A double-layer insert pocket supports either the dorsal or ulnar side of the wrist to help prevent unwanted movement. The soft terry cloth liner enhances comfort, while the 2.4mm thick thermoplastic insert offers firm support and restricts wrist movement as needed.
The insert can be custom-fitted by heating in warm water or microwaving while inside the splint. Designed to allow full thumb and finger mobility, the orthosis provides dorsal support by selecting the opposite-hand size. Anti-microbial properties help maintain hygiene.
